Description :
This product is a high-performance inner and outer plastic coated steel pipe, using high-quality seamless steel pipe or welded steel pipe as the base pipe. Through advanced electrostatic spraying technology, a high adhesion epoxy resin (EP) or polyethylene (PE) powder coating is melted and bonded to the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe. As shown in the figure, the outer wall of the product presents a smooth and flat black protective layer, while the inner wall is a bright blue anti-corrosion layer. This dual color structure is not only beautiful, but also visually distinguishes the internal and external anti-corrosion functions, making it easy for construction acceptance and quality control.
The core advantage of this product lies in its excellent "combination of rigidity and flexibility" characteristics: it retains the high mechanical strength, high pressure resistance, and impact resistance of steel pipes, while also possessing the excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and low friction coefficient of plastic pipes. The inner wall is as smooth as a mirror, with low fluid resistance. The conveying efficiency is 10% -20% higher than traditional galvanized pipes, and it is not easy to scale, effectively preventing secondary pollution and fully meeting the sanitary water supply standards.
It is mainly suitable for harsh environments such as urban municipal water supply and drainage pipelines, high-rise building fire sprinkler systems, industrial circulating water pipelines, seawater desalination transportation, and underground gas drainage in coal mines. Especially in underground laying scenarios, its outer black coating has strong resistance to soil acid and alkali corrosion and cathodic stripping performance, with a service life of over 50 years, greatly reducing maintenance costs in the later stage. The product supports flange connection, groove connection or threaded connection, with convenient installation and good sealing performance.
