    Description :

    This product is an industrial coated wheel/roller made by casting high-performance polyurethane (PU) material. Polyurethane, as a polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastic, combines the high elasticity of rubber with the high strength of plastic. Compared to traditional rubber wheels, polyurethane coated wheels have superior wear resistance, tear resistance, and oil resistance. Their wear resistance is usually 3-5 times that of natural rubber, making them particularly suitable for mechanical transmission and support scenarios under heavy loads, high speeds, or harsh working conditions.


    As shown in the picture, this series of products has a complete range of specifications, covering various sizes from small precision rollers to large heavy-duty drive wheels. The wheel structure is usually composed of a metal core (such as steel core, aluminum core, or cast iron core) tightly bonded with an external polyurethane adhesive layer through high-temperature vulcanization process, ensuring no delamination or displacement under high load operation. Orange is a common natural color of polyurethane materials, and the color can also be adjusted according to customer needs to distinguish between production lines or equipment. The center of the wheel hub is reserved with standard key slots, light holes, or threaded holes for direct installation in various shaft structures.


    This product is widely used in the fields of automated assembly line conveyor rollers, forklift drive wheels, printing machinery pressure rollers, mining machinery rollers, lifting pulleys, and sports and fitness equipment.
