　　Cantilever shelving is an important type of shelving. Cantilever shelves are suitable for storing long materials, circular materials, boards, pipes, and irregular goods. Cantilever shelves can be single-sided or double-sided, and they have the characteristics of structural stability, good load-bearing capacity, and high space utilization. Cantilever shelving columns are often made of H-shaped steel or cold-rolled steel. Cantilevers are made of square tubes, cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel, and the connection between the cantilever and the column is plug-in or bolted. The connection between the base and the column is bolted, and the base is made of cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel.

　　Cantilever shelves are generally made of two materials:

　　1. Using square tube production: Cantilever shelves are made by selecting square tubes that meet the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements, cutting them into the required size, welding anti slip protective plates on one end, and welding U-shaped column connectors on the other end;

　　2. Made of C-shaped steel: Based on the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements, the specifications of the C-shaped steel are first selected for the cantilever rack. After selection, two pieces of C-shaped steel are welded together. After welding, an anti slip protective plate is welded on one end, and a U-shaped column connector is welded on the other end.

　　Basic structure of cantilever shelf:

　　The column is made of two cold-rolled C-shaped profiles welded face to face. There are double row holes punched on the column with a pitch of 140 (50) mm, so the cantilever beam can be hung on it to adjust the height of each layer up and down. The length of the cantilever shelf can be freely matched, and customers can specify whether an end is required for the cantilever end. The end is divided into welded and plug-in types.

　　Characteristics of cantilever shelf structure:

　　1. Cantilever shelves are divided into single arm and double arm types, which efficiently store similar products such as wood, pipes, and long strips. Cantilever shelves can be composed of multiple unit systems consisting of a single column unit and a continuous cantilever through horizontal and diagonal braces;

　　2. Cantilever shelves are effective storage systems in terms of quality, safety, and management. The column piece is composed of a column and a base. The column is made of two specially designed C-shaped steel welded together. This structure fully utilizes the material's load-bearing capacity and has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity and low cost;

　　3. Prefabricated double row holes for the columns, with a pitch of 100mm. The cantilever is connected to the columns through plate pins and can be adjusted up and down with a pitch of 100mm.
