Technical requirements for anti cracking sticker construction
(1) The construction process of anti crack stickers mainly includes cleaning the base layer, laying anti crack stickers, and spreading the surface layer.
(2) Before laying anti cracking stickers, the dust, loose particles, and debris on the old cement concrete pavement should be cleaned up. At the same time, for cracks and panel joints on old cement concrete pavement with a width greater than 0.8cm or a depth greater than 2cm, emulsified asphalt or sealant should be used for repair and filling. And the raised parts on the old road surface should be leveled, and the broken parts of the road surface with severe damage and depression should be removed and filled and leveled with asphalt mixture. The road surface should be as smooth as possible.
Before formal construction, the working surface should be kept dry. When the working surface is wet, the road surface must be dried before construction can begin. Construction is strictly prohibited on rainy days and when the road surface is damp after rain.
(3) One end of the anti crack sticker is spread along the expansion joint or crack, and the width of the two anti crack stickers is 8-10cm. After the anti crack sticker is pasted, it is compacted and flattened with a roller.
