Crack resistant adhesive tape "is a type of rubber asphalt polymer waterproofing membrane, which is composed of asphalt based polymer modified materials, high-strength tensile fabrics, high temperature resistant, and tensile fabrics with good compatibility with asphalt. It does not flow at high temperatures and does not crack at low temperatures. The thickness is generally 1.5-2mm and the width is 30-100cm.
Crack resistant stickers mainly utilize their flexibility and extensibility to reduce stress concentration at the cracks (expansion joints) of the base layer, decrease the splitting effect of the surface layer at the cracks, and eliminate unevenness at the cracks. Specifically manifested as:
1. Mechanical effects. As a stress absorbing film, the anti cracking adhesive polymer material can increase the possibility of vertical cracks developing horizontally along the interface in the base layer, thereby delaying the reflection time to the road surface.
