　　Product Introduction

　　PE film is mainly divided into two categories: 0.6mm polyethylene PE film and LDPE film. Polyethylene native resin is selected. The main component is 97.5% high density polyethylene, about 2.5% carbon black, anti-aging agent, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorber, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials. The current automatic geomembrane production equipment is made by three-layer co extrusion technology.

　　Performance characteristics of 0.6mm polyethylene PE film:

　　1. Suitable viscosity: easy to stick and tear;

　　2. Stable peeling force: small changes over time, that is, the smaller the increase in peeling force, the better;

　　3. Good weather resistance: Under sunlight exposure conditions, the service life can last up to six months to one year;

　　Application of 0.6mm polyethylene PE film:

　　HDPE film, as a new type of material, has the characteristics and functions of anti-seepage, anti-corrosion performance, good chemical stability, and can be processed according to actual engineering needs. It has been widely used for anti-seepage of embankments, dams, and reservoirs in water conservancy projects. At the same time, it is also used as anti-seepage, anti-corrosion, leak proof, and moisture-proof materials in channels, reservoirs, sewage pools, swimming pools, building construction, underground buildings, garbage dumps, environmental engineering, and other fields. 　　High viscosity protective film

　　Usage: Stable adhesion, good adhesion, good peeling performance, no residual glue phenomenon, suitable for fine grain frosted board, aluminum-plastic board, difficult to stick plastic board, etc.

　　Ultra high viscosity protective film

　　Characteristics: Thickness (≥ 0.04 ± 0.003), width (≤ 1.3), height (100-800), substrate (PE), peel strength (above 100g/cm), temperature resistance (60), tensile strength (>400).

　　Purpose: With high viscosity, water-based acrylic is selected as the pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is easy to use, stick and tear, and has no residual adhesive phenomenon. Suitable for difficult to stick materials such as coarse textured aluminum plates.
