2、 Purpose of liquid nitrogen injection system:
The function of dripping liquid nitrogen into canned products
After the filling is completed and before entering the sealing stage, modern liquid nitrogen dripping technology is used to accurately drip liquid nitrogen at -196 ℃, and then immediately seal it. The liquid nitrogen absorbs heat in a short period of time, expands its volume by about 700 times, and becomes gaseous nitrogen.
Firstly, to generate internal pressure inside the can/bottle, preventing it from collapsing after cooling and deformation during packaging and handling.
Secondly, drive away the air (especially oxygen) inside the can/bottle to extend the shelf life of the product and improve its taste.
Thirdly, aluminum cans are not easy to rust and are suitable for refrigeration.
