The equipment adopts liquid nitrogen spray technology to convert liquid nitrogen from liquid to gas, and is intelligently programmed to control cooling, constant temperature, temperature range, temperature curve, temperature report, temperature historical data, with one click operation and one click report. This system can quickly and effectively cool down food, ensuring that the moisture and quality of the food are fully preserved in a shorter period of time. The ice crystals produced by rapid cooling of liquid nitrogen are small, so that the cell wall of the food will not be punctured. This can help prevent the texture of the food from being damaged and effectively prevent the loss of moisture, achieving almost no loss.
2. Advantages of using this device
