Working conditions of Chengdu Zhuoda Yuntong liquid nitrogen filling machine:
1. Liquid nitrogen supply: Adjust to 15 (0.1MPa) and connect to the liquid nitrogen port.
2. Compressed air or nitrogen: used to supply the work of the filling valve. Need it? A pipeline with a diameter and pressure range of 50-100 PSI (3.4-6.9 bar). Set the pressure to 50 PSI (0.35MPa). Setting the pressure too high can cause significant impact, which is not conducive to the lifespan of the filling valve core and internal vacuum pipeline.
Technological innovation of liquid nitrogen metering and injection system:
1. No tank, no filling interval filling method, reduced pressure liquid nitrogen consumption, and reduced operating costs.
