      Each machine has corresponding material parameter requirements. After meeting the feeding parameters, the gap between the sieve blue and the scraper has a significant impact on the operation of the centrifuge. The small gap reduces the amount of coal laid on the blue wall of the sieve, reduces friction, facilitates material flow, and to some extent reduces the blockage of the sieve basket. The moisture in the material can easily pass through the material layer, which is beneficial for dehydration. The gap will cause an increase in coal volume on the blue screen wall, which increases the resistance to movement and is not conducive to dehydration. For centrifugal machines with spiral scraper discharge, the clearance requirement is generally around 2mm. By adjusting the relative position between the scraper and the sieve basket, the size of this gap can be fine tuned. The direction of the spiral blade on the scraper is designed based on the relative rotation position between the scraper and the sieve blue. It causes the material to advance towards the discharge end in the direction of rotation of the scraper spiral plate. Therefore, the direction of rotation of the motor cannot be changed arbitrarily, and it must be powered according to the design rotation direction requirements.
