Garbage is manually fed into the furnace body in batches and quantities, and ignited and burned by an ignition temperature controlled combustion machine. According to the three T (temperature, time, vortex) principle of combustion, it is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed, and burned in the combustion chamber of the furnace body. The generated flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber for high-temperature combustion, and stays in the combustion chamber for 2 seconds to burn harmful gases at high temperature, fully decompose harmful bacteria, and then pass through washing equipment to remove harmful substances such as dust and acidic gases. When discharged, it achieves the effect of no odor and no secondary pollution, which meets the standards of environmental protection and medical regulations. Then, the clean gas that meets the standards is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The ash produced after combustion is manually removed, screened, transferred, and buried.

1. This incinerator is equipped with a protective device, which can automatically cut off the fuel supply and stop the equipment when the ignition of the burner is abnormal after starting.

2. Before stopping operation, the device detects the cooling program of the combustion chamber. When the combustion chamber temperature drops to the set temperature, the incinerator stops running.

3. There are connection protection devices between the control cabinet and various control equipment to prevent leakage. At a relative humidity of 85%, the insulation resistance of the electrical circuit is not less than 24M Ω, and there is a grounding wire to transmit leakage. The power connection is protected by a metal hose outside.
