      The transmission system includes two types of motion transmission: one is the transmission of centrifugal rotational motion; The other is the transmission of axial reciprocating vibration on the sieve basket. Centrifugal rotational motion is mainly generated by the rotation of the main motor, which is transmitted to the sieve blue through pulleys, belts, and bearings. Vibration inertia force is generated by the rotational motion of paired cam swing blocks, which are transmitted to the sieve basket through rubber springs of different shapes to form axial reciprocating motion.

      The vibration system and excitation method of vibrating discharge centrifuges from different manufacturers are different, but the basic principle is the same. According to the form of screening inside the centrifuge, it is divided into two types: horizontal vibrating centrifuge and vertical vibrating centrifuge.

      The vibrating centrifugal dewatering machine discharges materials through vibration, while the scraper centrifuge does not have a vibration system. It forcefully discharges materials from the sieve basket through the rotation of the scraper. The scraper unloading centrifugal dewatering machine is limited by the gap between the scraper and the sieve basket, and has certain requirements for the size of the incoming particles. The vibrating centrifuge has strong adaptability and can handle particle sizes up to 60mm. However, the feeding particle size of the scraper centrifuge cannot exceed 25mm. From the working process of the scraper centrifuge, it can be inferred that its ability to crush coal is higher than that of the vibrating centrifuge. The scraper centrifuge has better dewatering performance compared to the vibrating centrifuge.
