According to the form of screening inside the centrifuge, it is divided into two types: horizontal vibrating centrifuge and vertical vibrating centrifuge.

It forcefully discharges materials from the sieve basket through the rotation of the scraper. The scraper unloading centrifugal dewatering machine is limited by the gap between the scraper and the sieve basket, and has certain requirements for the size of the incoming particles. The vibrating centrifuge has strong adaptability and can handle particle sizes up to 60mm. However, the feeding particle size of the scraper centrifuge cannot exceed 25mm. From the working process of the scraper centrifuge, it can be inferred that its ability to crush coal is higher than that of the vibrating centrifuge. The scraper centrifuge has better dewatering performance compared to the vibrating centrifuge.
