Using CCA preservatives to treat wood can extend its service life by more than 5 times even in harsh environments.

　　Performance characteristics: Brown concentrated solution, soluble in water, highly effective against fungi, insects and ants, low toxicity to humans and animals, high wood permeability, strong anti loss ability. The surface of the wood treated with this agent is light green, which does not affect the paint, does not reduce the strength or insulation of the wood, slightly increases the hardness, and improves the flame retardancy of the wood.

　　Scope of application: Building materials, decorative materials (wooden floors, wall groups, ceiling keels, plywood), horticultural wood products, mining materials, railway sleepers, poles, shipbuilding materials, dock materials, sea pile materials, wood cooling towers, etc.

　　The effective ingredient of CCA preservative is 65%. Treat wood with pressure method, dilute it with water to 2.0 ≤ 3.0%, dilute it with atmospheric immersion method to 7%, and dilute it with spray method to 8 ≤ 10%.

　　Instructions for use: There are three methods for using CCA to treat wood: vacuum pressure, atmospheric pressure soaking, and spraying. Vacuum pressurization is a common and effective method of placing wood into a closed pressure vessel and then using vacuum and pressure to press medication into the interior of the wood. The soaking method is to place the wood in a jar that is open to the atmosphere and soak it in CCA solution. The soaking time depends on the size of the wood, ranging from a few hours to several days or even a month. The spraying method is to evenly brush or spray CCA solution onto the wood surface with a brush or spray. Spraying and soaking methods can only provide short-term protection for wood and are not suitable for outdoor use.

　　Attention: CCA preservatives are acidic. Rubber gloves should be worn during operation. Stay as far away from the skin as possible. If CCA preservative is used, please rinse with water as soon as possible. Drugs and waste liquids must not be discharged arbitrarily to avoid polluting the environment.
