　　This product can be used for underwater construction, simplifying the construction process, ensuring quality, and reducing costs. UWB type underwater non dispersible concrete and its flocculant have been appraised at the ministerial level, filling the gap in China and making them ideal additives for underwater concrete construction.

　　1、 Product and performance of underwater non dispersing concrete

　　The product is a composite of water-soluble polymer and surface active substances. Adding this agent when mixing cement, mortar or concrete can provide good anti dispersion properties to the mixture. It can be used for self falling construction in water, without dispersion, segregation, self leveling, self compacting, and does not pollute the construction water area.

　　The product is suitable for ordinary Portland cement above 425 #, and can be configured with C20~C40 underwater concrete. The slump can reach 22cm~25cm, the expansion degree is 55~55cm, and the anti-seepage grade is above S40.

　　2、 Usage, dosage, purpose and storage

　　This product is a solid powder and should be mixed together with cement and sand in a forced mixer for one minute. Then, add water with the specified water cement ratio and stir for three minutes before discharging. The mixing amount is generally 1.0-3.0% of the cement. Underwater pouring can be carried out using existing underwater concrete equipment such as pipes and pumps, as well as land-based construction equipment such as buckets and chutes. It can be used for all underwater projects, especially for special underwater projects that cannot be constructed with general underwater concrete, large-scale underwater projects without construction joints such as RC slabs, leveling and filling of underwater foundations, stone throwing grouting projects that must be self poured in water, emergency rescue projects such as anti-corrosion, bank protection, seawalls, bridges for underwater structures, and underwater concrete projects that prohibit water pollution.

　　This product is packaged in plastic film lined kraft paper bags, with a weight of 25 ± 0.2kg per bag. Please pay attention to moisture prevention and it can be stored for a long time. Before use, experiments should be conducted and qualified before use.
