UWB type flocculant is a powdery substance that can endow ordinary concrete with high strength anti dispersion, suitable flowability, and satisfactory construction performance; Fundamentally resolving the contradiction between the anti dispersion performance, construction performance, and mechanical performance of underwater concrete, truly achieving self leveling and self compaction of underwater concrete. The dosage of UWB flocculant is 2.0-3.0% of the weight of cement, commonly 2.5%, and added by the same mixing method.
1. Mixing viscosity and pumping resistance: Due to the use of different polymer systems, the mixing resistance of underwater non dispersing concrete prepared with flocculants is reduced by about 50-60%, and the pumping resistance is reduced by about 20-30%, solving the impact of "cotton like" on construction machinery. Compared with ordinary concrete, underwater non dispersing concrete has little effect on mixing and pumping efficiency, but increases pumping resistance by 10% to 15%
2. Anti dispersion performance: The 7-day water land strength ratio of underwater non dispersing concrete is between 70% and 85%, and the 28 day water land strength ratio is between 80% and 90%. The anti dispersion performance is significantly improved.
3. Slump retention: When the concrete is not dispersed underwater and left to stand for 1 hour, there is basically no loss of slump. After 2 hours, the slump loss is less than 10%, and after 4 hours, the concrete can still be pumped, which has good workability.
4. Liquidity: When the collapse and expansion degree of underwater non dispersing concrete is above 500mm, its workability and water retention are good, and there will be no segregation phenomenon. Has better filling and self compacting properties.
5. Strength: The water consumption per cubic meter of concrete ranges from 200 kg/m3 to 235 kg/m3. When obtaining the same concrete strength, coagulants can save cement material usage.
6. Setting time: It is easy to adjust the setting time by selecting a coagulant.
7. Construction method: coagulants are suitable for various construction methods, especially for pumping or pipe connection construction processes.
