　　1. The flocculant is a solid powder, and the recommended dosage for pipeline (or pump connected pipeline) and suspended tank construction is 11 kg/m3 to 13 kg/m3. When the pump truck is used for direct construction, the recommended dosage is 12 kg/m3 to 14 kg/m3. When used in a fast flowing water environment, the dosage of flocculant can be increased, but not exceeding 20kg/m3. The dosage in cement slurry is 2.0% to 3.0% (accounting for the total amount of cementitious material). Add 2.5% to 3.0% (accounting for the total amount of cementitious material) to the mortar.

　　2. The water consumption per cubic meter of concrete is generally between 210 kg/m3 and 230 kg/m3, and adding water reducing agents does not significantly reduce the water consumption per cubic meter. For concrete with higher grades, the strength of the concrete is generally improved by increasing the total amount of cementitious materials.

　　3. It is advisable to use the same mixing method and add it to the mixer together with cement and sand. The mixer should be a forced mixer, generally mixing for 90 seconds. If a self falling mixer is used, the mixing time should be appropriately extended. Insoluble for use.

　　4. Under normal circumstances, it is not necessary to add water reducing agents. If necessary, standard polycarboxylate water reducing agents can be added (without adding air entraining and retarding components). It is not advisable to add naphthalene, lignin, and amino sulfonate water reducing agents.

　　5. Adding admixtures (fly ash or mineral powder) will significantly reduce the early strength of concrete and prolong the setting time. It is not recommended to add when the water temperature is below 15 ℃. When it is necessary to use admixtures instead of cement, the substitution amount should not exceed 20%.

　　6. 42.5 # ordinary silicon or silicate cement is preferred for cement, and 52.5 # silicate cement is recommended for concrete above C40. Considering the requirements for self compaction and self leveling when underwater vibration is not possible, the total amount of cementitious material should be between 420-500kg/m3.

　　7. Fine aggregate in underwater non dispersing concrete should be medium coarse sand. Stones are generally in the range of 5mm to 20mm (or 25mm), and can also be in the range of 5mm to 32mm, but the large particle size should not exceed 40mm. The sand ratio is generally 38% to 46%.

　　8. The non dispersive fluidity underwater should be measured based on the slump expansion value, and the recommended values for slump expansion can be as follows: 42cm~48cm for conduit construction, 42cm~50cm for pumping construction, and 35cm~45cm for tank suspension construction. 1: 1.5-1:2 slope rubble consolidation, with a collapse expansion of 35-40cm. The range of collapse and expansion using pumps and conduits for construction is 44cm to 50cm. When vibration is possible, the fluidity should be controlled within a reasonable range according to requirements.

　　9. This flocculant has good compatibility with the air entraining agent. After adding the air entraining agent, D400 anti freezing and thawing concrete can be prepared.

　　10. This product is lined with plastic film and wrapped in a kraft paper woven bag, with a specification of 25kg/bag.
