Technical Features
UWB type flocculant is a powdery substance that can endow ordinary concrete with high strength anti dispersion, suitable flowability, and satisfactory construction performance; Fundamentally resolving the contradiction between the anti dispersion performance, construction performance, and mechanical performance of underwater concrete, truly achieving self leveling and self compaction of underwater concrete. The dosage of UWB flocculant is 2.0-3.0% of the weight of cement, commonly 2.5%, and added by the same mixing method.
UWB underwater non dispersive concrete hardening performance
Has the same strength characteristics as ordinary concrete used for onshore construction.
The strength of the construction joint is slightly higher than that of ordinary concrete constructed on land.
The static elastic modulus is the same as or slightly smaller than that of ordinary concrete used for onshore construction.
Rich in water retention and minimal bleeding. Dry shrinkage is slightly greater than ordinary concrete by about 10% (standard test)
The frost resistance is slightly worse than ordinary concrete, and adding an appropriate amount of air entraining agent can improve the frost resistance of underwater concrete.
Corrosion resistance, impermeability, etc. are similar to ordinary concrete.
