TREK 520 Handheld Electrostatic Voltage Meter (ESVM)
Accurately providing static voltage measurements of non-contact object surfaces for applications in both ionizing and non ionizing environments. Industrial applications include measuring charge accumulation in LCD manufacturing processes or measuring static charges in semiconductor manufacturing.
ESVMs utilize a new measurement technique to overcome the drawbacks of typical handheld field meters, which provide essentially independent sensor probes for measuring surface voltage and distance from the measured surface.
Provided a measurement system that conforms to standardized calibration and can be traced back to the equipment of the Institute of Standards and Technology.
