Catalytic combustion equipment, paint spraying room, exhaust gas treatment, dry filtration and activated carbon adsorption catalytic combustion device

The technical principle of catalytic combustion for treating exhaust gas: ① Organic exhaust gas is first filtered through dry filtration to remove particulate pollutants in the exhaust gas, and then enters an activated carbon adsorption bed for adsorption. The honeycomb shaped activated carbon with a large specific surface area is used to adsorb organic solvents on the surface of the activated carbon. After treatment, the clean airflow is discharged at high altitude through fans and chimneys. ② After a period of adsorption operation, the activated carbon reaches saturation and the system's desorption catalytic combustion process is initiated. The organic solvents that have already been adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon are desorbed through hot gas flow, and converted into harmless substances such as CO2 and water vapor through catalytic combustion reaction, releasing heat. The heat generated by the reaction is reused in the desorption heating gas flow through the heat exchange part. When the desorption reaches a certain degree, the heat release and desorption heating reach equilibrium. The system completes the desorption regeneration process without adding additional heat, that is, the adsorption process is a continuous treatment process. At the same time as the standby adsorption device is put into use, the saturated adsorption box performs desorption work. After desorption, the activated carbon box is prepared for the next cycle of use.
