　　YY (Q) W series thermal oil furnace (organic heat carrier furnace) is a fast loading horizontal forced circulation fuel (gas) thermal oil furnace (organic heat carrier furnace). This series of heat transfer oil furnaces (organic heat carrier furnaces) have a compact structure, with the heating surface composed of inner, middle, and outer (or inner and outer) tightly arranged circular tubes, and the inner tube is a radiating heating surface. The middle and outer coils are convective heating surfaces. The fuel burns and releases heat in the combustion chamber composed of inner coils. After absorbing most of the heat through the radiation heating surface, the high-temperature flue gas enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange. After heat exchange, the flue gas is discharged through the exhaust port of the furnace body, enters the air preheater, and then enters the burner. After heat exchange, the flue gas enters the furnace through the burner, and the temperature of the flue gas is reduced to below 120 ℃ before being discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
