      The gas phase pipes of the train tanker unloading wharf, truck tanker loading and unloading platform, liquefied gas storage tank, liquefied gas residual tank, and residual liquid emptying rack in the storage and distribution station are connected to the suction and exhaust main pipes of the compressor through a gas phase valve group, forming a unified gas phase system. Using a compressor, the gas phase can be extracted from any liquefied petroleum gas storage tank and sent to other liquefied gas storage tanks, train tankers, or truck tankers.

      By using the above-mentioned liquid and gas phase pipeline systems and valves, the following operations can be completed: loading and unloading of train and car tank trucks, filling and pouring of liquefied gas storage tanks, filling of steel cylinders, and pouring out of residual liquid in steel cylinders. The liquefied petroleum gas in steel cylinders and tank trucks is filled using hydrocarbon pumps, or it can be filled by pressurizing the liquefied petroleum gas storage tank with a compressor (pumping from other liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks).

      When using a hydrocarbon pump for filling, it is not allowed for the liquid phase to circulate multiple times inside the hydrocarbon pump, as this can cause overheating of the liquid phase, leading to the formation of an "air blockage" inside the hydrocarbon pump and disrupting its operation. Therefore, a safety bypass reflux valve is installed in the system, which can automatically discharge excess liquid phase into the reflux pipe and flow back to the liquefied gas storage tank.

      Due to the operation of gas-phase pipelines under varying temperatures and pressures, condensation (i.e. liquid phase) may occur inside the pipes. To avoid bringing impurities and moisture from the liquid phase and liquefied petroleum gas into the compressor cylinder, a gas-liquid separator should be installed on the compressor inlet pipe.       . 3 Selection of materials for liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks

      The correct selection of materials is crucial for the safe operation of equipment and reducing production costs.       Pressure vessels are formed and welded from steel plates. Flanges can be made of steel plates or forgings depending on the situation. Bolts and nuts are made of steel bars.
