　　Regulations on Safety Technical Operation of LPG Gasification Station Storage Tanks

　　1、 When underground storage tanks are refilled or put into operation after maintenance, they must be replaced to ensure that the oxygen content in the tank is less than 3% before filling can be carried out.

　　2、 The storage tank should strictly control the liquid level below 85% and the pressure should be less than 1.8MPA.

　　3、 The safety valve needs to be calibrated, and its setting is the design pressure of the storage tank. It should be calibrated at least once a year. The level gauge and pressure gauge should be kept sensitive, and any malfunction or damage should be replaced immediately. The pressure gauge should be calibrated once a year.

　　4、 The valve on the tank should be kept flexible and tight without leakage. The valve should be opened and closed according to the process requirements, and arbitrary operation is strictly prohibited.

　　5、 Operating procedures for liquid inlet:

　　After receiving the liquid inlet notification, prepare according to the unloading and compressor operating procedures.

　　2. Open the liquid-phase inlet valve of the storage tank that needs to be filled with liquid and connect it to the liquid-phase pipe of the tanker. Open the corresponding gas-phase valve of the storage tank and connect it to the inlet of the compressor. Connect the gas-phase of the tanker to the outlet of the compressor.

　　During the liquid inlet process, it is important to ensure that the pressure in the storage tank does not exceed 1.8MPA and the liquid level does not exceed 85%. Overfilling is strictly prohibited, and if found, the tank should be immediately emptied.

　　The emergency shut-off valve of the underground storage tank should be in a normally open state under normal circumstances. In case of emergency, the air release valve should be opened in a timely manner, and all emergency shut-off valves should be immediately closed to cut off the gas source.

　　When entering the liquid, the operator must not leave the site. If there is an abnormality, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. After the fault is eliminated, the unloading should continue. If it cannot be eliminated, it should be reported in a timely manner.
