　　Technical requirements for the design of a 30 cubic meter above ground horizontal liquefied petroleum gas storage tank

　　The Q345R steel plate used for equipment shall comply with GB713-2014 regulations and be supplied in hot-rolled state; Ultrasonic testing should be conducted one by one, with a qualification level lower than Level II; The manhole flange cover shall be supplied in a normalized state and subjected to a -20 ℃ low-temperature impact test with an impact energy of not less than 41J. The 10 steel pipes used for equipment shall comply with GB9948-2013 regulations and be supplied in a normalized state. The 16Mn forgings used for equipment shall meet the requirements of Level II in NB/T47008-2010, be supplied in a normalized state, and undergo a -20 ℃ low-temperature impact test with an impact energy of not less than 34J.

　　The form and size of welding joints shall comply with the provisions of HG/T20583-2011: DU4, DU25 or DU29 shall be used for welding of butt joints; The welding between the takeover and the shell adopts G4 (full welding), and the welding between the takeover with reinforcement ring and the shell adopts G29 (full penetration welding); Polish the welded rear end of the takeover and shell smooth (without sharp corners); Takeover without additional reinforcement shall not be located on Class A or B welded streets; The weld leg size of the fillet weld should be based on the thickness of the thinner one and should have a concave smooth transition; The welding of flanges shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding flange standards.

　　After the equipment inspection is qualified, the overall rust removal of the outer surface is carried out, and two coats of anti rust primer and topcoat are applied. A red color band with a width of 150mm is painted along the horizontal centerline of the tank body. The words "No Smoking" are sprayed above the center of gravity sign, and the height of the sign and words is not less than 200mm. 　　1) Safety valve

　　The safety valve is an important safety device of this product. Under normal circumstances, the safety valve should be sealed and closed. In the event of abnormal pressure inside the tank due to temperature rise, fire, operational errors, etc., when the pressure reaches the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open and begin to release pressure. When the pressure drops to the reseating pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will automatically close and restore the normal sealing state, thereby ensuring the safe use and economy of the product.

　　2) Pressure gauge

　　A pressure gauge is a device used by equipment operators to observe and monitor pressure changes inside a tank. A red warning sign should be painted above the scale of 1.77MPa on the pressure gauge dial. The pressure gauge can be equipped with a shut-off valve for regular inspection or replacement. However, under normal operating conditions of the equipment, the shut-off valve should be fully opened and sealed with lead to ensure the accuracy of pressure monitoring inside the tank.

　　3) Thermometer

　　4) Liquid level gauge
