　　At present, among various equipment used in biomass boilers, dust removal equipment is relatively special and plays an important role. Boiler machinery and equipment are the main culprits causing environmental pollution in modern society. According to relevant investigations, boiler pollution emissions in society have reached billions of tons of dust. So the dust removal work of boilers is becoming increasingly important.

　　The dust removal work of biomass boilers is mainly handled from two aspects.

　　One is to install dust removal equipment to collect all the generated dust for processing.

　　The second is to strive to reduce the amount of dust during boiler operation, choose the correct combustion method, and improve the technical level of combustion.

　　The combustion of biomass boilers and the dryness and wetness of biomass fuels can have a significant impact on the amount of dust in the boiler. When solving dust removal problems, many factors need to be considered, such as the fuel burned, the combustion method of the boiler, and the size of the dust particles burned. These are all important factors that affect the amount of dust. The combustion method of the boiler can be improved based on these. According to these, the amount of dust can be improved to reduce the small value of dust.

　　There are two maintenance methods for boilers that are not used for a long time: dry maintenance and wet maintenance. If the furnace is shut down for more than a month, dry maintenance method should be used, and if it is shut down for less than a month, wet maintenance method should be used.

　　1. Dry maintenance method:

　　After shutting down the biomass boiler, release the boiler water to thoroughly clean and rinse the internal dirt. Dry on low heat in the furnace (be careful not to use high heat), then divide the 10-30mm block shaped quicklime into plates and place them in the pot. After placing it, be careful not to let the quicklime come into contact with the metal inside the pot. The weight of quicklime is calculated at 8 kilograms per cubic meter of the container inside the drum. Then close all manholes, handholes, and pipeline valves and inspect them every three months. If the quicklime is crushed into powder, it must be replaced immediately. Remove the quicklime and tray when the biomass boiler is restarted.

　　2. Wet maintenance method:

　　After the biomass boiler is shut down, release the boiler water, thoroughly remove the internal dirt, rinse it clean, refill the treated water to full capacity, heat the boiler water to 140 ℃, allow the gas in the water to be discharged from the furnace, and then close all valves. Wet maintenance methods should not be used in cold climates to avoid freezing of boiler water and damage to biomass boilers.
