(2) Daily inspection of supporting facilities for storage tank equipment: fire sprinkler pipes on the outer wall of the storage tank, lightning protection, and anti-static grounding wires are intact.
(3) The foundation of the storage tank should be regularly observed to detect any sinking or damage, and any problems should be reported and dealt with promptly.
(4) The safety valve should be inspected regularly to observe for frost and condensation. After the safety valve on the storage tank trips, it needs to be rechecked.
(5) The outer surface of the storage tank should be regularly inspected for any abnormal phenomena such as deformation, corrosion, frosting, and condensation. Any problems found should be reported and dealt with in a timely manner.
(6) The liquid level of the storage tank should be within the normal storage range, with an upper limit of 85% and a lower limit of 15%.
(7) There are pressure gauges and differential pressure level gauges on the storage tanks, with on-site indication and remote transmission. Remote transmission is used to collect and transmit automatic control data to the central control room, and regular testing and calibration are required. The liquid level gauge and storage tank capacity should be adjusted based on the density of the storage medium.
(8) The valve connected to the storage tank shall not be used as a control valve for incoming and outgoing materials, and frequent opening and closing is not allowed. It should be kept in a normally open state, regularly switched on and off, and kept flexible and easy to use. Because it is difficult to replace the valve.
(9) After a period of use, low-temperature valves may experience liquid leakage. If a slight leakage is found on the upper cover, the packing cover should be tightened. If the valve core cannot be closed, the valve core should be replaced. It is strictly prohibited to add oil and clean the low-temperature valve with water.
(10) No substance shall be placed around the storage tank to obstruct pedestrian pathways and operations, and the site shall be kept clean.
2.2 Maintenance of Low Temperature Pump
(1) Carry out daily maintenance and upkeep of the low-temperature pump, check whether the lubricating oil level and quality of the low-temperature pump meet the requirements.
(2) Check if the low-temperature pump is running normally, if there are any abnormal noises, and if there are any leaks.
(3) Regularly carry out maintenance and repair work on the pump, and perform maintenance and inspection according to the technical specifications and operating conditions.
(4) The low liquid level of the low-temperature storage tank to the liquid level of the pump inlet pipeline should be maintained at a height of at least 3 meters.
(5) Pay attention to the protection of the pump casing and the cleaning of the pump casing.
(6) The frosting on the outer shell and outer wall is suspected to be a vacuum leak (frosting on the top after the pump is started is normal). Vacuum degree testing can be performed on the outer wall, but the vacuum degree testing hole should not be opened normally.
2.3 Maintenance of gasifier
(1) Usually, attention should be paid to the welds and fins to see if there are any cracks. Special attention should be paid to the welds between the low-temperature liquid inlet pipe, fins, and low-temperature liquid manifold.
(2) The static grounding of the gasifier should be completed and regularly tested for grounding.
(3) The outer surface of the gasifier should be kept clean, and no substance should be placed on top of the gasifier.
(4) The foundation of the gasifier should be regularly observed to detect any sinking or damage, and any problems should be reported and dealt with in a timely manner.
(5) If the gasifier has a large gasification volume during operation and excessive frosting is found, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.
(6) The use of gasifiers should be switched regularly.
2.4 Maintenance of Instruments and Meters
Regularly inspect, adjust and calibrate instruments and meters.
Check whether the instrument readings and records are normal, and whether the on-site instrument readings are consistent with the instrument readings displayed in the control room.
Keep all wiring pipes and boxes of instruments and meters intact and well grounded.
