    1、 Principle of low nitrogen burner

      Low NOx burners and low nitrogen oxide burners refer to burners with low NOx emissions during fuel combustion. Choosing a low NOx burner can reduce nitrogen oxide emissions during combustion. The nitrogen oxides generated during the combustion process are primarily NO and NO2, which are commonly referred to as nitrogen oxides NOx. Many experimental results have shown that the nitrogen oxides emitted by combustion equipment are primarily NO, accounting for about 95% uniformly, while NO2 only accounts for about 5%.

      The NO generated by general fuel combustion mainly comes from two aspects: one is the oxidation of nitrogen in the air used for combustion (combustion air); The second is the thermal decomposition and re oxidation of nitrides contained in the fuel during the combustion process. In most combustion equipment, the former is the primary source of NO, which we refer to as "thermal reaction NO", the latter as "fuel NO", and others as "instantaneous NO. The NO formed during combustion can react with nitrogen-containing center products to reduce NO to NO2. In practice, in addition to these reactions, NO can also form NO2 with various nitrogen-containing compounds. When the reaction reaches chemical equilibrium in practical combustion equipment, the ratio of [NO2]/[NO] is very small, meaning that the conversion of NO to NO2 is minimal and can be ignored. The combustion technology for reducing NOx is initiated by combustion, and the combustion method and conditions have a significant impact on the generation of NOx. Therefore, improving combustion technology can be used to reduce NOx. The primary approach is to select fuels with lower nitrogen content, including fuel denitrification and conversion to low nitrogen fuels; Reduce the excess air coefficient and arrange for excessive combustion to lower the concentration of oxygen around the fuel; In the case of insufficient excess air, decrease the temperature peak to reduce the "thermal reaction NO"; When the oxygen concentration is low, the time for adding combustibles to stay in the flame front peak and reaction zone. The specific methods commonly used to reduce the composition and emissions of NOx include staged combustion, reburning, low oxygen combustion, lean rich combustion, and flue gas recirculation.
