Natural gas is a combustible gas (ignition point 538 ° C), with a flammability limit of 5% to 15% under general environmental conditions, and may cause explosions in enclosed spaces. 5. Gasification under atmospheric conditions can cause suffocation, and contact with LNG liquids or cold gases can cause frostbite. 6. The gasification rate of LNG is 620:1, and the liquid density is about 0.42kg/L.

　　The leakage of LNG can easily cause frostbite, fire or explosion to personnel. In case of frostbite, local disinfection should be carried out immediately, and external frostbite ointment or erythromycin should be used for anti-inflammatory purposes. Attention should be paid to avoiding contact with water to prevent infection, and timely medical treatment should be sought at the hospital. When a leakage accident occurs, the handling personnel should wear anti freezing equipment to protect their eyes and exposed skin. First, close the valve, stop on-site operations, set up warning lines, and evacuate all vehicles and unrelated personnel in the lane. To avoid the risk of fire or explosion, immediately extinguish all sources of fire around the filling area. If a fire has occurred at the leakage site, immediately seek help from "119". Before the arrival of firefighters, the disposal personnel should use dry powder fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire and self rescue while ensuring their own safety.

　　1. Before switching LNG storage tanks, it is advisable to maintain the same pressure. When switching LNG storage tanks, try to arrange them in adjacent or the same group of LNG storage tanks.

　　2. When filling LNG cylinders, operators should wear face shields, anti-static work clothes, and antifreeze gloves.

　　3. When unloading LNG tank trucks, it is strictly prohibited to move the vehicle to avoid breaking the loading and unloading hoses and causing a large amount of LNG leakage.

　　4. When there is LNG in the pipeline, the valves at both ends cannot be closed simultaneously.

　　5. When filling LNG cylinders in summer, operators should take skincare and protection measures for their face and neck to prevent skin burns caused by thermal radiation.

　　6. It is strictly prohibited to knock, bake with fire, or spray frozen parts with water.

　　7. During the operation of LNG storage tanks, it is necessary to ensure that their liquid level is ≥ 15%.

　　8. When manually operating the self boosting system, it is strictly prohibited to leave the site.

　　9. When the self boosting system is put into operation, the pressure reducing system should be in the closed state.
