1 Material acceptance
1. Pipeline components and pipeline supports must have a quality certificate from the manufacturer, and their quality must not be lower than the current national standards; The seamless steel pipe is GB/T8163-2008.
2 The materials, specifications, models, and quality of pipeline components and pipeline supports shall comply with the design documents and undergo visual inspection in accordance with the current national standards. Those that fail the inspection shall not be used. The medium used for the valve is liquefied petroleum gas, and the pressure of the valve is 4.0 PMa.
3. The materials shall be inspected by the project material responsible person and material responsible engineer together with the construction party, and a material acceptance form shall be filled out. The inspected materials shall be stored separately and marked properly. When using, attention shall be paid to the transfer of marks.
2、 Valve testing
1. Valves that have passed the acceptance inspection shall be placed separately. First, conduct a valve shell test, followed by a valve tightness test.
2. Valve shell test.
The test gate valve and globe valve should have the gate or valve disc opened, and the test medium should be introduced from one end of the passage and the other end closed. The test check valve should introduce the test medium from the inlet end and seal the outlet end. The test plug valve and ball valve should adjust the passage to the fully open position, with the test medium introduced from one end of the passage and the other end closed. The test pressure of the valve is 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the valve; Maintain the test pressure for 5 minutes, and if there is no leakage in the shell and packing, it is considered qualified.
3. Valve tightness test.
The operation steps for valve tightness test are basically the same as valve shell test. The test pressure is 1.1 times the nominal pressure, and it is considered qualified if there is no leakage in the shell and packing under the test pressure for 1 minute.
