　　LNG gasification process

　　LNG undergoes heat exchange with the atmosphere in an air heated vaporizer, changing from liquid to gas. When it reaches the outlet, it is 10 ℃ lower than the ambient temperature. If it is lower than 5 ℃, it is heated by a water bath vaporizer. The hot water from the water bath vaporizer is circulated with the water from the hot water boiler.

　　Safe gas release process

　　LNG is a liquid mixture mainly composed of methane, with a boiling point temperature of -161.5 ℃ at atmospheric pressure, a storage temperature of -162.3 ℃ at atmospheric pressure, and a density of approximately 430 kg/m3. When LNG vaporizes into gaseous natural gas, its critical buoyancy temperature is -107 ℃. When the temperature of gaseous natural gas exceeds -107 ℃, it is lighter than air and will rise and float away from the leak. When the temperature of gaseous natural gas is below -107 ℃, gaseous natural gas is heavier than air, and low-temperature gaseous natural gas will accumulate downwards, forming flammable explosives with air. In order to prevent the low-temperature gaseous natural gas released from the safety valve from accumulating and forming explosive mixtures, one air temperature safety release gas heater is installed. The released gas is first heated by the heater to make its density lower than that of air, and then introduced into the high-altitude release.

　　For LNG gasification stations in the south that do not have EAG heating devices, in order to prevent operators from being burned by the low-temperature LNG gas-liquid mixture released after the safety valve is tripped, the single safety valve release pipe and storage tank release pipe should be connected to the centralized release main pipe for release.
