1. Equipment features
The liquid oxygen storage tank is a vertical, double-layer cylindrical vacuum powder insulation structure. The inner cylinder contains liquid oxygen and is made of S30408 material. The head is a standard elliptical head, and the outer cylinder faces the atmosphere. The material is Q245R carbon steel, and a double structure of tension strap and support is used between the inner and outer cylinders. The interlayer thickness is 300mm, and the inner and outer cylinder interlayers are filled with insulation material perlite insulation material and vacuumed. The pressure of the inner and outer interlayer is 3Pa, and the factory vacuum degree is better than the national standard, ensuring the daily evaporation rate index; The storage tank is equipped with a complete set of valves and instruments for operation. Through these valves and instruments, the entry and exit of liquids, as well as on-site observation of pressure and liquid level, can be achieved. The liquid oxygen storage tank is equipped with an air temperature booster. When liquid needs to be discharged, the booster valve can be opened to increase the pressure of the inner cylinder to the pressure required by the user.

2. Performance and structural parameters
The liquid oxygen storage tank consists of the tank body, booster and instruments, pipelines, valves, etc. It is equipped with a supply circuit, a pressurization circuit, an injection circuit, a monitoring circuit, and a safety system.
The liquid oxygen storage tank adopts two inlet methods, top and bottom, which can be selected according to the actual situation.
The inner tank of the liquid oxygen storage tank is equipped with a dual safety system device composed of a safety valve and a bursting disc. In normal use, one set is in working condition and the other set is in standby condition. If the safety valve or bursting disc in working condition trips, immediately open the manual pressure relief valve to release pressure below the high working pressure of the storage tank. At the same time, quickly switch the safety device to the standby system through the manual handle, effectively ensuring the safety of the storage tank. This safety system device consists of a safety valve, explosion-proof device, vent valve, and five way ball valve, which not only reduces pipeline welding, but also has good fire and anti-static structures. In addition, the safety relief ports set on the shell fully ensure the safety and reliability of the entire equipment. All pipelines, valves, and boosters are arranged reasonably at the bottom of the storage tank, and are easy to repair, maintain, and replace. The low-temperature pipeline adopts a centralized outlet for easy operation and control, and the outlet adopts a Dura tube structure to meet the low-temperature requirements and reduce the stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline, ensuring the safety of the storage tank. The vacuum valve adopts three "O" ring seals, effectively ensuring the reliability of the interlayer seal, and is made of all stainless steel with a compact size. The top of the liquid oxygen storage tank is designed with a hanging structure for easy transportation, lifting, and installation. The unique process manhole design ensures the cleanliness of the interior when the container is closed. The combination of vacuum isolation valve and vacuum gauge tube vacuum valve is used on the liquid oxygen storage tank, which facilitates the measurement and maintenance of the vacuum degree in the tank interlayer, prolongs the service life of the tank, and improves the quality of the tank. Liquid oxygen storage tanks are equipped with level gauges and pressure gauges to achieve on-site display of liquid level and pressure.
