Description :
A storage tank consists of a vacuum shell and a pressure vessel placed inside. The storage tank can be operated under low to medium pressure according to actual design requirements. The storage tank is equipped with a safety relief device, which ensures that it can provide safety protection to the storage tank in case of equipment overpressure. Storage tanks are designed and manufactured for safety, reliable operation, and durability. When operating storage tanks, it is necessary to strictly follow the correct safety regulations and operating procedures.
Precautions for blowing and filling
Pre filling is usually designed for "warm storage tanks". The so-called 'warm storage tank' refers to a tank that has not been used before filling, and must be purged to ensure the purity of the storage medium. Tianmao Gas reminds you that the blowing pressure should be equivalent to 50% of the operating pressure of the storage tank or not lower than 0.2MPa, and the storage tank must always maintain a positive pressure of at least 0.03MPa. To prevent the absorption of pollutants from the atmosphere back into the storage tank.
Pre filling (warm storage tank) program
1. Blow the storage tank to ensure the purity of the storage medium.
2. Clearly define the substance contained in the conveying device as the exact substance to be conveyed.
3. Clearly state that all valves except for the liquid phase valve and the gas phase valve for liquid level display are closed.
4. Connect the transmission hose of the conveying device to the filling joint of the storage tank.
Operation preparation
The preparation for tank operation includes adjusting the pressure regulating valve and opening the pressure regulating loop. Automatically evaporate the liquid and transport the gas required by the charging device.
Tank pressure control
The pressure of the storage tank is controlled by a pressure regulating valve, and the operating pressure can be adjusted through the adjusting knob at the bottom of the pressure regulating valve without disassembling the parts.
recharge
Storage tanks in use must be refilled through top and bottom filling valves. Due to the compression of hot steam above the liquid, bottom filling will cause an increase in tank pressure. Using the correct filling procedure can ensure that there will be no malfunctions during use or transportation. Generally, there is no need to discharge the tank pressure before filling.
Note: Filling the low-temperature storage tank through the bottom will increase the pressure of the tank due to the compression of the gas accumulated in the evaporation space. Filling through the top will reduce the pressure, as the gas accumulated in the top space will be cooled and re liquefied.
1. Clearly state that the substance contained in the conveying device is the actual substance to be conveyed.
2. Ensure that both the top and bottom filling valves are closed.
3. Clearly state that the storage tank is at the specified operating pressure.
4. Ensure that all other valves are in normal operating condition.
5. Connect the conveying hose of the conveying device to the filling joint of the storage tank.

Note: Before filling, open the discharge valve of the filling tube and the gas phase valve of the conveying device for about 3 minutes, or wait for the hose to start frosting, let the conveying tube cool down and blow it. Close the discharge valve of the filling pipe.
6. Thoroughly open the top filling valve.
7. If using pressure transmission for transportation, increase the pressure inside the liquid conveying device until the pressure is at least 0.35 MPa higher than the pressure in the storage tank. Dandong Tianmao Gas reminds you to open the filling valve on the conveying device, or if using a pump for conveying, make necessary connections to the pump, slowly open the conveying filling valve of the conveying device, and maintain the pump filling pressure 0.35-0.7Mpa higher than the storage tank pressure.
8. Observe the displayed pressure inside the storage tank. If the pressure begins to decrease to near the operating pressure, open the bottom filling valve and adjust the opening of the top filling valve until the pressure stabilizes.
If liquid is sprayed from the overflow valve, stop filling the delivery source and close the overflow valve.
10. Close the top filling valve.
11. Discharge the residual liquid in the filling pipe through the filling pipe discharge valve.
12. Loosen the hose on the filling connector, release the pressure on the filling hose, and then remove the hose. It is recommended to defrost the filling hose.
If gas supply is required, open the valve to put the device into use.
Liquid usage program
1. Connect the output pipeline to the liquid discharge interface.
2. Clearly state that all valves except for the liquid phase valve and the gas phase valve for liquid level display are closed.
3. Open the liquid discharge valve, the pressurized liquid phase valve, and the pressurized gas phase valve. At this point, the device will automatically transport the liquid.
Once the required amount of material is reached (or the storage tank is closed for another period of time), close the liquid discharge valve and stop the entire process. The operation of this device can be automatically completed, and the valve is only opened and closed during filling and maintenance.
