1、 Principle of tunnel kiln waste heat boiler:
Aging of coal gangue raw materials: Aging refers to the complete hydration and ion exchange of fly ash or coal gangue with other material particles, causing some silicate minerals to come into contact with water and hydrolyze into binding substances, and undergo some oxidation-reduction reactions. This leads to microbial growth, making the raw materials soft and uniform. It uses capillary and steam pressure during the stacking process of the mixed material with water to make the moisture more uniform; A treatment process that increases the content of humic acid substances to improve the molding and other process properties of clay materials. During the billet making process, steam is used to heat the clay. After aging, the surface and internal properties of the raw materials become more uniform, the plasticity of the mixture is significantly improved, and the formability is significantly improved. The surface of the formed billet is smooth and flat.


2、 Process flow: crushing aging forming firing
1. Broken. After crushing the raw materials into small pieces in the crusher, they are transferred to the grinder and sieved into coal gangue, fly ash, clay, etc. for later use.
2. Aging. Use a conveyor belt to transport the raw materials into the mixer, add water and mix thoroughly, and use the longitudinal extrusion force of the screw mixer to improve the adhesion, and enter the hopper for later use.
The point of action of waste heat steam, A、 A DN40 steel pipe is installed at the mixing point to directly spray water vapor into the mixer. Advantages: ① It can improve the fluidity of raw materials and reduce the power consumption of brick machines; ② Improve viscosity, enhance the internal adhesion of bricks, improve the quality of bricks, and reduce the rate of defective products; ③ Reduce the quality and dosage of coal gangue. B、 A water tank can be installed next to the mixer, and the remaining steam can be fed into the water tank to heat cold water for use.
3. Forming. Under the drive of the electric motor, the uniformly mixed raw materials are extruded and shaped. Under the drive of the roller, they are transported to the cutting machine, cut into blocks, and pushed to the conveyor belt by the hydraulic press; Place the bricks evenly on the platform, with each platform capable of holding approximately 5000 bricks. After natural drying in the factory, they are sent into the tunnel kiln. In winter, it is necessary to extract heat from the kiln to prevent the bricks from freezing and cracking.
4. Firing. Tunnel kiln brick firing is divided into three stages: drying, firing, and cooling. Move approximately every 40 minutes, with a length of 4.2m each time. The total length of the tunnel is 120m. The kiln outlet is equipped with induced draft fans and air vents to prevent smoke leakage. There is a blower in the middle, which has dual functions of assisting combustion and drying.
