      Before use, a small amount of liquid nitrogen should be added to the liquid nitrogen storage tank to pre cool it. When the temperature inside the tank reaches the liquid nitrogen temperature, the liquid nitrogen should be filled into the liquid nitrogen storage tank. Be careful when handling liquid nitrogen storage tanks to prevent collision and compression. Do not drag or move them on the ground, and lift them up. When not in use, the liquid nitrogen storage tank should be stored in a dry and well ventilated room to prevent moisture.

      2. Check the neck plug and neck plug groove at any time, remove the ice on the neck plug in a timely manner, and do not place plastic cloth or other substances on the neck plug to increase the sealing ability and ensure the functionality of the liquid nitrogen storage tank. When the consumption rate of liquid nitrogen is too fast or there are water droplets or white frost near the neck of the liquid nitrogen storage tank, it indicates that the insulation function of the tank is malfunctioning and liquid nitrogen cannot be retained. The specimens placed in the liquid nitrogen storage tank should be properly labeled, and the retrieval and placement should be stable, accurate, and fast.

      In order to strengthen the management of the use of liquid nitrogen storage tanks, ensure correct use, and guarantee safe production, this regulation is formulated.

      1. Scope of use

      This regulation applies to the workshops and departments of Jiangxi Ganliang Pharmaceutical Raw Materials Co., Ltd. that are involved in the management and use of liquid nitrogen storage tanks.

      2. Responsibilities

      ⑴. The warehouse is responsible for the daily management and maintenance of liquid nitrogen storage tanks, and must regularly inspect and maintain the tanks. Any safety hazards must be promptly rectified and reported to the production department

      ⑵ Workshops involving the use of liquid nitrogen must operate in accordance with operating procedures to ensure safe use.

      The production department is the regulatory department responsible for the management, maintenance, and use of liquid nitrogen storage tanks, and promptly resolves issues related to warehouse and workshop projection.

      ⑷. Logistics responsible for external (supplier) communication and coordination of liquid nitrogen storage tanks

      1. Operation

      ⑴. During liquid filling, the warehouse should regularly check the inventory level of liquid nitrogen. When the inventory level is lower than the safety stock during production, logistics procurement should be requested in a timely manner to avoid the tank cylinder returning to room temperature and causing excessive liquid loss when using liquid filling. After the liquid nitrogen arrives, assist the supplier in filling the tank and verifying the quantity.

      ⑵. To use, open the valve from liquid nitrogen to the vaporizer, supply liquid to the vaporizer, adjust the pressure regulator valve to the required pressure, and deliver nitrogen gas outward.

      ⑶ Boosting: When the pressure in the liquid nitrogen storage tank is too low to meet production needs, it can be boosted through the tank's self boosting device. The operating steps are: slowly open the boosting valve to allow the liquid nitrogen to enter the booster and vaporize. When the amount of nitrogen is large, the boosting valve can be opened until the required pressure for production is reached, and then the boosting valve can be closed.

      During storage and shutdown, due to the natural volatilization of nitrogen gas remaining in the tank, the pressure in the inner cylinder will gradually increase. When the pressure in the inner cylinder reaches 0.8 Mpa, the vent valve should be opened appropriately to release the pressure.

      At all times, it is necessary to ensure that the safety valve is in normal working condition.
