　　Quality control measures during material entry and production process

　　Our company strictly adheres to the "Basic Requirements for Quality Assurance System of Special Equipment Manufacturing, Installation, Transformation, and Maintenance", "ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System" and other relevant regulations and standards, and has established and operated an efficient enterprise quality assurance system. From the entry, storage, distribution, and production of raw materials, to the process flow of work in progress, product storage, and finished product delivery, strict quality testing methods are used. The relevant quality control will now be introduced as follows:

　　1、 Procurement Control Work Procedure

　　（1） Supplier evaluation

　　1. The initial selection of suppliers is conducted by the procurement department, which collects relevant information from the production unit based on the technical requirements of the purchased products and transfers it to the quality management office for review. There are generally no less than two suppliers of similar materials.

　　2. The evaluation and recognition of suppliers shall be carried out in accordance with the following requirements:

　　1) When a supplier of pressure vessels that have been evaluated as qualified by the company is added as a supplier of boiler products, if their technical requirements are the same as those of the boiler products and approved by the relevant responsible engineer, the Quality Management Office can directly list them as suppliers.

　　2) For new suppliers who do not meet the above qualifications, the Quality Management Office shall organize relevant responsible engineers to evaluate and approve them using the following methods.

　　Written evaluation: Evaluate and approve the written materials provided by the procurement department for the proposed supplier.

　　On site verification: If written materials cannot effectively evaluate the supplier, the Quality Management Office shall organize relevant responsible engineers and process personnel to form an on-site evaluation team to evaluate their quality assurance capabilities and product performance on site and record them.

　　3. Principles for the evaluation and recognition of qualified suppliers of materials and components:

　　a) Having independent legal personality.

　　b) If the country has a manufacturing license, it must have a valid production license issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine or its authorized agency.

　　c) The product has excellent performance and has at least one year of good performance.

　　4. After adding qualified suppliers and obtaining approval from the quality assurance engineer, the quality management office will issue a "Qualified Supplier Notice" to the quality inspection department and warehouse, and regularly organize supplier re evaluation and release a "Qualified Supplier List".
