　　Structure Introduction

　　The Q series waste heat boiler produced by our company is a horizontal single return flue gas tube steam boiler. The boiler shell is equipped with threaded flue gas tubes, and high-temperature clean flue gas enters the threaded flue gas tube bundle from the front flue box. After efficient heat transfer in the threaded flue gas tubes, it enters the dust collector through the rear flue box and is then drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

　　Softened water enters the boiler shell through the feed water pump, absorbs heat from the heating surface and becomes steam, which is then exported to the branch cylinder through the main steam valve.

　　2、 Performance characteristics

　　This waste heat boiler has the following advantages:

　　1. By using arched or folded flat tube plates, the pot shell is transformed from a quasi rigid body to a quasi elastic body, preventing cracks in the high-temperature end tube plates;

　　3、 Requirements before installation and use of waste heat boiler

　　1. The installation of the furnace should be carried out in accordance with the "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations", GB50273-2009 "Boiler Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specification", installation drawings, this manual and other technical documents, and should be carried out by a unit with the corresponding level of installation license issued by the provincial safety supervision department. Before installation, the installation approval procedures should be handled at the local safety supervision department.

　　2. Organize learning materials for relevant personnel:

　　Organize installation personnel to familiarize themselves with technical documents such as boiler drawings and installation manuals, in order to understand and master installation, lifting, and operation procedures.

　　3. Before use, a technical file must be established and registration procedures must be completed with the competent department and local safety supervision department in accordance with regulations to ensure certified operation.

　　4. Requirements for the user unit: The user unit must have a dedicated person responsible for technical and operational management, and establish a system for operation, management, maintenance, upkeep, and regular inspection that complies with relevant regulations.

　　5. Requirements for operators: Operators must have a stoker operation certificate issued by the safety supervision department.
