      Safety Operation Regulations for Waste Heat Steam Boiler

      In order to ensure the safe and economical operation of boilers, safeguard personal and property safety, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations".

      Personnel Requirements

      Boiler operators must be familiar with the performance, principles, structure, and relevant safety knowledge of the boilers they operate, and must hold a certificate to work. Non staff members are strictly prohibited from operating. Boiler operators should carefully study this regulation and the installation and use instructions for auxiliary equipment such as boilers and burners, and operate according to their requirements.

      The on duty personnel should strictly follow the regulations and carefully keep operation records and shift handover records. During the shift handover, the safety situation of the equipment and operation should be disclosed. During the shift handover, it is necessary to check whether the boiler is in good condition.

      2. Starting, Boosting, and Steam Supply

      2.1 Preparation before startup

      2.1.1 Internal and external inspection: Confirm that the boiler body, burner, and ancillary equipment are in good condition;

      The safety accessories, valves, instruments, and other switches are flexible and positioned correctly; The explosion-proof door switch is flexible,

      Sealed tightly.

      Check if the gas pressure is normal, do not exceed or fall below a certain level.

      2.1.2 Check whether the circuit voltage meets the requirements, whether various switch positions are normal, and start

      Check the operation and direction of various auxiliary equipment such as water pumps and burner fans to ensure they are functioning properly

      Exactly.

      2.1.3 Boiler water filling: Open the drain valve to raise the water level to the normal level (slightly lower than the reclaimed water)

      Position).

      2.2 Startup

      2.2.1 Whether it is the burner on the previous production equipment or the auxiliary combustion on the waste heat boiler

      Before ignition, the furnace is first purged, and the fan is usually turned on for about 5 minutes,

      Ensure that there is no residual gas in the furnace and flue, replace it with qualified gas, and then ignite it.

      If ignition fails, the blower must be turned on to blow again for 5 minutes before ignition can be started.

      2.2.2 After ignition, adjust the combustion amount according to the required load and put the boiler into normal operation

      that 's ok.

      During the start-up process, it is necessary to closely monitor the changes in water level to prevent boiler water shortage accidents

      Or the occurrence of a full water accident.

      2.2.4 When starting to supply steam, slightly open the valve and warm up the pipe to avoid sudden excessive steam supply

      The water shook and shook. Warm up the pipe for 5 minutes before opening the large valve to supply steam.

      3. Normal operation

      3.1 Water level

      3.1.1 The boiler water level gauge should have red lines indicating high, medium, and low water levels, and should not exceed them during operation

      Safe water level or below.

      3.1.2 The water level gauge should be flushed at least once per shift. If there is any doubt about the water level during operation, it should be checked at any time

      Rinse inspection; Under normal circumstances, the water level should fluctuate slightly up and down. If there is a stagnant water level, it should not be affected

      Immediately rinse and check for movement.

      3.2 Steam pressure

      The pressure gauge should have a red line indicating the working pressure, ensuring sensitivity and reliability. The water storage bend should be flushed at least once a week.

      3.3 Safety valve

      Safety valves should be regularly calibrated; Conduct a manual (or automatic) emission test every two weeks,

      To prevent the safety valve disc from rusting and malfunctioning.

      3.4 Pollutant Discharge

      3.4.1 Discharge 1-2 times per shift, and the discharge time should not be too long, usually 10-20 times per time

      Seconds are appropriate.

      3.4.2 It is prohibited for each collection box to discharge pollutants simultaneously.

      3.4.3 During discharge, the changes in water level should be closely monitored and safety should be taken into account.

      3.4.4 During the discharge process, no one is allowed near the discharge tank to prevent burns.

      4 shutdown

      4.1 Normal shutdown

      4.1.1 When the boiler is shut down normally, the operating load of the boiler should generally be reduced and the boiler should be shut down according to the program.

      Start the water pump to reach the high water level and flush the water after the boiler steam pressure drops to 0.3Mpa

      Position table and discharge operation, then close the main steam valve, cut off the power supply of the control cabinet, and wipe the equipment,

      Clean up the surrounding environment hygiene; If water needs to be drained, the water temperature should be below 70 ℃ before proceeding.

      4.2 Emergency shutdown

      4.2.1 If any of the following situations occur during boiler operation, the boiler should be shut down immediately;

      (1) The boiler water level is below the visible edge of the water level gauge;

      (2) Continuously increasing water supply and taking other measures, but the water level continues to decline;

      (3) The boiler water level exceeds the visible water level on the water level gauge (full water), but after draining, it still cannot be seen

      Reaching the water level;

      (4) All water pumps fail or the water supply system malfunctions, preventing water from entering the boiler;

      (5) All water level gauges or safety valves have failed;

      (6) Damage to boiler components and endangering the safety of operating personnel;

      (7) Serious threats to the boiler include damage to combustion equipment, collapse of furnace walls, or burning of boiler structures

      Safe operation;

      (8) Other abnormal situations endanger the safe operation of the boiler.

      4.3.2 In case of severe water shortage in the boiler and emergency shutdown, it is strictly prohibited to supply water into the boiler to prevent explosion.

      5 Maintenance and upkeep

      5.1 Preparation work

      5.1.1 If two or more boilers are running in parallel, they must be used before entering the drum for maintenance

      A metal blocking plate with sufficient strength will connect the steam, feedwater, and sewage pipes of other operating boilers

      Ensure reliable separation of all channels and open the manholes and handholes on the drum (shell) to make it empty

      Air convection lasts for a certain period of time.

      Before entering the flue or furnace for work, the source of gas should be reliably isolated and necessary

      Mechanical ventilation must be carried out for at least 5 minutes.

      5.1.3 When working in the drum (shell), furnace, and flue, the working voltage should not exceed 24

      Do not use open flames for lighting. There should be someone outside the boiler to supervise.

      6 Labor Discipline

      6.1 Operators are strictly prohibited from wandering, leaving their posts, sleeping on duty, or doing personal work.

      6.2 Operators are strictly prohibited from carrying out hot work, smoking, or drinking alcohol in the gas boiler room.

      6.3 It is strictly prohibited to play, frolic, play cards, or play poker during work hours.

      6.4 Strictly implement the patrol inspection system and shift handover system, promptly handle and report any problems found.
