2. Procurement management
1) Before procurement, the procurement department prepares a "Product Procurement Request Plan", which is reviewed by the department head and approved by the deputy general manager in charge.
2) The basis for preparing the "Product Procurement Request Plan" is the company's sales contract, production plan, and inventory situation.
3) The procurement department should do a good job of reconciliation and understand the inventory situation before preparing the plan. When preparing the plan, the principle of clearing the inventory first and placing orders later should be followed.
4) The procurement of materials and components should be signed according to the procurement batch, and the contract should indicate the technical requirements and solutions to quality objections proposed in the "material consumption quota".
5) The procurement department implements procurement from qualified suppliers of the company.
（2） Inspection of purchased products
After the materials and components arrive, the warehouse keeper checks the qualification certificate, specifications, quantity, packaging, etc.
After verifying the accuracy, issue an inspection report and notify the quality inspection department to conduct inspection. The inspection and testing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Material and Component Control Work Procedure".
3. If the company or customer needs to verify at the supplier's source of goods, the verification arrangement and product release method can be specified in the contract or agreement, and arranged through negotiation between the procurement department and the supplier.
4. Customer or company verification cannot serve as evidence of effective quality control by the supplier, and does not relieve the supplier of their responsibility to provide qualified products.
