During production, if the inventory level is lower than the safety stock, logistics procurement should be carried out in accordance with the requirements to avoid the tank's inner cylinder returning to room temperature and causing excessive liquid loss during filling. After the liquid argon arrives, assist the supplier in filling the tank with liquid argon and verifying the quantity.

      When the liquid argon storage tank is pressurized, if the pressure of the tank is too low to meet production needs, it can be pressurized through the tank's self pressurization device. The operation steps are to slowly open the pressurization valve to allow the liquid argon to enter the supercharger for vaporization. When the amount of nitrogen is large, the pressurization valve can be opened until the required pressure for production is reached, and then the pressurization valve can be closed.

      The outer shell of the storage tank belongs to a pressure vessel, so it is prohibited to knock or collide it; Regularly check whether the valves are in the correct on/off state, whether the measurements of pressure gauges and liquid level gauges are accurate and reliable, and whether there are leaks or blockages in pipelines and valves; Regularly check the pressure gauge and safety valve, and promptly request the manufacturer to inspect the safety valve when it is malfunctioning.
