　　1.2 Scope of Application

　　This regulation applies to the vacuum pumping of low-temperature liquid storage tanks manufactured by our company.

　　2 System Settings

　　2.1 The assembled low-temperature liquid storage tank should meet the requirements of the drawings and process documents, and can only be vacuumed after passing the inspection of the specified items.

　　2.2 Equipment

　　Vacuum pumping equipment for low-temperature liquid storage tanks: vacuum pump, water pump, vacuum electromagnetic check valve, bellows, vacuum valve, vacuum gauge.

　　The equipment must undergo testing and meet the process requirements before it can be used, and should be regularly inspected.

　　Inspection content for low-temperature liquid storage tanks: Regularly replace the vacuum oil of the vacuum pump, check the maximum vacuum degree of the vacuum pump. A vacuum degree of 0.5Pa is considered qualified. Vibration is prohibited during the operation of the vacuum pump, and the water circulation volume is normal. Test run the vacuum pump and ensure that all components of the equipment are intact.

　　Vacuum pumping personnel for low-temperature liquid storage tanks must undergo training before they can operate independently.

　　Note: Large diameter and short distance should be used as much as possible for connecting pipelines.

　　3 Process procedures

　　3.1 Vacuum pumping

　　3.1.1 Start the vacuum pump, slowly open the vacuum valve, start vacuuming, and record the start date and time of vacuuming as well as the ambient temperature. D (dynamic) or J (static) should be added before the vacuum degree data.

　　3.1.2 The sealing can only be carried out after continuous vacuuming until the vacuum degree measured in the gauge reaches the sealing vacuum degree requirements of various volume specifications.

　　If a temporary power outage occurs, the vacuum electromagnetic check valve on the vacuum pump of the low-temperature liquid storage tank will automatically close and maintain the vacuum inside the tank. However, the vacuum valve should still be closed as soon as possible. After the power supply is restored, start the vacuum pump and open the vacuum valve. Before opening the vacuum valve of the low-temperature liquid storage tank, ensure that the vacuum level in the connecting pipeline is lower than the vacuum level inside the tank. Indicate the date and time of the power outage and the date and time of restarting the vacuum on the vacuum data sheet.
