Description :
The process flow of the waste heat boiler system includes the flue gas system, steam water system, external heat exchanger and slurry steam generator system, gas system, feedwater deoxygenation system, water heat medium system, and other processes. The cold air in the smoke and air system is pressurized by the blower and enters the air duct, where it exchanges heat with the heat medium water and heats up to 140 ℃. Part of the hot air is sent into the CO flue at the bottom of the furnace through a specially designed air distribution duct to mix with the flue gas in advance, while the other part enters the furnace for combustion assistance after being distributed by the burner. After fuel combustion, CO is ignited to produce high-temperature flue gas. After leaving the furnace, the high-temperature flue gas flushes the heating surface of the water protection section, and then passes through the tail vertical shaft flue. It sequentially flushes the heating surface bundles of the high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, evaporation section, economizer section, and flue gas heat exchanger from top to bottom, and is injected into the chimney through the flue. The function of the steam water system is to complete the process of heating and vaporizing the boiler water, generating steam, and ensuring that the process continues smoothly. Water process: The feedwater enters the economizer through the feedwater pump, undergoes heat exchange with the flue gas, and absorbs the heat from the flue gas. Part of it enters the steam drum of the residual boiler, and enters the lower header of the water protection section and evaporation section through the downcomer. After convective heat exchange and absorption of high-temperature flue gas heat, some of it vaporizes and the saturated steam water mixture enters the steam drum. The other part enters the catalytic external heat exchanger and the oil slurry steam generator steam drum, and through forced circulation or natural circulation, absorbs heat to produce saturated steam. The deoxygenated water on the heating surface of the water heat medium in the tail horizontal flue is led out by the deaerator, pressurized by the hot water circulation pump, and after absorbing heat in the flue gas heat exchanger, it exchanges heat with the cold air in the air preheater, releases some heat, and returns to the deaerator water tank. Steam process: The saturated steam extracted from the four steam drums of the catalytic external heat exchanger and the slurry steam generator is divided into two paths and enters the inlet header of the low-temperature section superheater of two CO waste heat boilers. It is collected together with the saturated steam produced by the waste heat boilers, and further absorbs the heat of the high-temperature flue gas through the low-temperature superheater and high-temperature section superheater, transforming it into superheated steam. After temperature adjustment, it becomes a qualified product and is fully mixed in the steam collection header before being sent to the steam pipe network.
