Unloading process:
Transfer the LNG from the tanker truck to the low-temperature storage tank at the LNG refueling station, and allow the LNG to enter the LNG storage tank through either a pump or a booster via the upper and lower inlet pipes of the tank. The equipment for this project can be unloaded using a combination of a booster and a submersible pump.
Gas filling process:
The LNG in the storage tank of the LNG refueling station is pressurized by a pump and then metered by the flow meter of the LNG refueling machine before refueling the vehicle. The LNG dispenser adopts a single gun dispenser to recycle the vaporized gas in the on-board gas storage bottle, reducing the pressure inside the bottle, reducing the amount of venting gas, and improving the refueling speed.
Boosting process:
The LNG in the storage tank is returned to the gas phase of the tank through a pressure regulator and booster, increasing the pressure inside the tank and achieving pressure regulation function to ensure the normal and stable operation of the pump.
Standby process:
The system is in standby mode without unloading, refueling, or pressure regulation.
Pressure relief function:
The gas phase pressure in the LNG storage tank is higher than the set pressure of the safety valve, and the safety valve automatically releases pressure; At the same time, an emergency shut-off valve is installed on the gas phase pipeline of the storage tank, which can automatically discharge according to the set value of the control system; You can also manually open the relief valve to release pressure.
Emergency stop function:
This process achieves the closure of the pump and emergency shut-off valve in emergency situations through ESD emergency shutdown, which is divided into automatic and manual modes to cut off the hazard source and ensure that the system is in a safe state.
