      Liquid carbon dioxide has various applications in industry and is often stored inLow temperature carbon dioxide storage tankIn the middle. Low temperature carbon dioxide storage tanks often adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure, with insulation materials filled with vacuum in the middle of the interlayer to achieve cold insulation effect. The storage tank is equipped with various valves, pressure gauges, and level gauges to monitor the pressure and level of the tank, and safety valves are installed to ensure overpressure relief.

      Our company strictly follows the TSG R0004-2009 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels" when manufacturing low-temperature carbon dioxide storage tanks; GB150.1~150.4-2011 "Pressure Vessels" and other national standards ensure product quality. The production process is as follows:

      Material procurement and acceptance. According to customer and design requirements, timely report and purchase materials required for low-temperature carbon dioxide storage tanks to ensure timely production and delivery. Simultaneously conduct material re inspection on incoming materials to ensure quality.

      Inner liner manufacturing. Cut and roll the steel plates used for the inner lining of low-temperature carbon dioxide storage tanks, weld the longitudinal welds to form them, assemble and weld each cylinder, and weld it to the head. Afterwards, conduct non-destructive testing on the inner liner and promptly repair any defective parts. Then, draw lines, open holes, and weld connecting pipes, ensuring that the interior of the liner is degreased and cleaned. After all welding is completed, perform pressure resistance and leak testing.

      Shell manufacturing. Cut the material for the shell of the low-temperature carbon dioxide storage tank according to the drawing and perform sandblasting and rust removal treatment. Then, roll the cylinder section, weld the longitudinal weld, and assemble the cylinder body and head.

      assemble. Assemble the outer shell cylinder and inner liner, and then perform non-destructive testing.

      Post processing stage. Preliminary vacuum treatment shall be carried out on the interlayer between the inner and outer shells of the low-temperature carbon dioxide storage tank, followed by helium leak detection test. Pearl sand shall be filled and sandblasted and painted to ensure anti-corrosion requirements. The pipeline, valve, and booster shall be welded and stored for shipment after the vacuum degree is stable and meets national standards.
