　　1. Pre factory acceptance: The seller shall conduct all pre factory tests and inspections on the product in accordance with the relevant product standards and specifications, and provide the buyer with test and inspection reports. The seller shall promptly notify the buyer to send relevant personnel to participate in key processes during the product manufacturing process, such as pressure testing, debugging, etc; Before the product is manufactured and leaves the factory, the seller must notify for pre factory acceptance.

　　2. Debugging and acceptance: Party B shall submit a written report to Party A for debugging and acceptance in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technical agreement after the equipment installation and debugging are qualified and running normally for 3 days. Party A shall complete the equipment debugging and acceptance within 7 working days without justifiable reasons.
