Use a specialized wrench to open the acetylene cylinder. When opening the acetylene cylinder, the operator should stand behind the valve port and move gently and slowly. It is strictly prohibited to exhaust the gas inside the bottle. In winter, 0, 1~0, and 2 MPa should be left, and in summer, 0 and 3 MPa of residual pressure should be left. The usage pressure should not exceed 0.15 Mpa, and the gas transmission speed should not exceed 1.5~2 cubic meters (m3) per hour The temperature of cylinders and acetylene cylinders should not exceed 40C ° C, and they should be protected from direct sunlight in summer. Excessive temperature inside the bottle can reduce the solubility of acetone in acetylene, leading to a sharp increase in pressure inside the bottle.
