Description :
Thermal oil boiler cleaning agent is used to clean thermal oil furnaces widely used in various industries (petroleum, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, plastic, building materials, heating), or heat exchange equipment using thermal oil as the working medium.
1. Used for cleaning heavy oil stains, oil coke, and sludge in the thermal oil system.
2. Used for cleaning stubborn heavy oil stains on the surface of mechanical equipment.

Cleaning process: Discharge and remove old oil → Pre wash → Cleaning → Water wash ① → Water wash ② → Water wash ③ → Add new oil → Dehydration → Normal operation
(1) Discharging old oil: Using the heating system, heat the heat transfer oil to 70-80 ℃ and discharge all the heat transfer oil in the system while it is still hot. Depending on the conditions, the residual oil in the system can be released as much as possible. If it cannot be released, cleaning agents can be added to dilute the oil through permeation, peeling, and dissolution, and then discharged from the system.
(2) Pre washing: Dissolve the cleaning agent at a rate of 1.5% of the total circulating water, and inject it into any part of the heating system. Fill the system with clean water, turn on the circulation pump for circulation, and use the heating furnace to raise the water temperature to 60 ℃± 5 ℃. Switch the relevant valves of each reaction kettle in the system to circulate all parts of the system separately. After three to five hours, open all low-level drain valves of the system and drain the water from the system.
(3) Cleaning: Dissolve the cleaning agent at a rate of 4.5-6.5% of the total circulating water, add it to any part of the heating system, and fill the system with clean water. Then, turn on the circulation pump for circulation and use a heating furnace to heat the cleaning agent to 90 ℃± 5 ℃. Switch the system valves so that all parts of the system can be cleaned. It is advisable to switch the valves once per hour. The entire cleaning time shall not be less than 24 hours.
(4) Water washing ①: Fill the system with clean water, turn on the circulation pump for circulation, use the heating furnace to raise the water temperature to 90 ℃± 5 ℃, switch the relevant valves in the system to circulate all parts of the system separately. Rinse the system, and after three hours, open all low-level drain valves of the system to drain the water from the system.
(5) Washing ②: Fill the system with clean water and turn on the circulation pump for circulation. Use a heating furnace to raise the water temperature to 90 ℃± 5 ℃, switch the relevant valves in the system, and ensure that all parts of the system are circulated separately. Rinse the system, and after three hours, open all low-level drain valves of the system to drain the water from the system.
(6) Washing ③: Fill the system with clean water, turn on the circulation pump for circulation, use the heating furnace to raise the water temperature to 90 ℃± 5 ℃, rinse the system, and after three hours, open all low-level drain valves of the system to discharge the water in the system. After the discharge is completed, the remaining water in the system can be purged with compressed air according to the conditions until it is completely drained.
(7) Add new oil: Inject new heat transfer oil into the system.
(8) Dehydration: Its dehydration method is equivalent to the dehydration standard before the new system is used.
(9) Normal operation: The system is put into normal operation.
