C-Mn steel welding wire can also be used in conjunction with alkaline non melting flux to infiltrate trace amounts of Ti and B alloy elements into the weld seam from the flux, ensuring good low-temperature toughness of the weld metal. According to the requirements of JB4708-2000 "Welding Procedure Qualification for Steel Pressure Vessels", welding wire H09MnDR and flux SJ208DR are selected for welding. The process evaluation results are as follows: the tensile strength of the weld zone is 550 MPa, and all four lateral bending tests are qualified. The impact test values of 40C are 125 J, 120 J, and 130 JO, respectively. The tensile strength of the heat affected zone is 555 MPa, and all four lateral bending tests are qualified. The impact test values of 40C are 146 J, 145 J, and 148 JO, respectively
