　　Case Product Introduction

　　The products we provide in this project are two 12 million kcal gas thermal oil furnaces. The 20 ton gas thermal oil furnace produced by Zhongjie weighs approximately 56 tons and adopts a horizontal three return three-layer coil structure with parallel coils between them. The boiler furnace is surrounded by heat medium coils on all four sides;

　　The setting of the heating surface inside the furnace has reached its limit, and the effective heat transfer surface is sufficient, thereby reducing the heat loss in the furnace. The refractory materials for the furnace are selected from advanced amorphous castables (high-strength refractory cement), with fiber filaments added during pouring. The furnace top is made of advanced ceramic fibers poured, which are resistant to smoke and gas impact and have higher insulation performance.

　　The outer shell of the furnace body is made of double-layer high-quality refractory fiber cotton, which reduces the heat loss of the furnace body and fully improves its thermal efficiency.

　　The thermal oil furnace achieves higher working temperature at lower working pressure, reduces the pressure level of the heating equipment, improves the safety of equipment operation, and has low cost. The thermal oil furnace adopts closed-loop circulation heating, with small heat loss and significant energy-saving effect. The temperature of the heat carrier oil is stable and meets the strict temperature control requirements of the product manufacturing process.
