　　Operation process of LNG atmospheric pressure storage tank

　　1、 Preparation before pressure regulation

　　1. Preparation of tools

　　Explosion proof adjustable wrench, two sets of gloves, and two sets of protective equipment.

　　2. Work preparation

　　(1) Wear personal protective equipment, including anti-static clothing, anti-static shoes, safety helmets, etc;

　　(2) Check whether devices such as mobile phones and computers that are prone to static electricity have been placed in safe areas, and whether the surrounding environment is safe and meets the working conditions;

　　(3) Before entering the station, touch the static electricity release facility with both hands to release static electricity;

　　(4) Check if the explosion-proof wrench and other pressure regulating tools are fully carried;

　　(5) Check whether the pressure gauge, level gauge, thermometer, combustible gas detector, and safety valve of the storage tank are in normal working condition.

　　(6) Check whether the pipeline valves, pressure gauges, and safety valves are in normal working condition.

　　(7) Prepare explosion-proof tools for use

　　2、 LNG storage tank gas supply process:

　　1. Confirm that all valves of the storage tank to be supplied with gas, except for the root valve and emergency shut-off valve, are closed.

　　2. Open the inlet valve at the bottom of the storage tank and the pressurized liquid and gas phase valves, and check that both the front and rear valves of the pressurized gasifier are open.

　　3. Open the low-temperature shut-off valve in front of the gasifier for gas supply, the flange ball valve at room temperature behind the gasifier, and all valves that need to be opened in the pressure regulating system.

　　When the gas supply is less than 1000-2000Nm3/h, using one storage tank to discharge the liquid can meet the gas supply requirements;

　　5. Discharge:

　　(1) When the pressure in the storage tank rises above 0.15 MPa above the outlet pressure, slowly open the outlet valve to complete the gas supply operation.

　　(2) Record the number of the liquid storage tank and the start time of gas supply.

　　(3) During gas supply, it is important to closely monitor the changes in the liquid level and pressure of the storage tank, as well as the variations in outlet flow rate and pressure.

　　3、 Operating procedures for self pressurization of LNG storage tanks

　　1. When manually operating, open the valves: pressurized liquid phase valve, pressurized gas phase bypass valve, gasifier inlet valve, so that LNG directly enters the self pressurized gasifier, undergoes gasification, and enters the LNG storage tank. At this point, the pressure should be closely monitored, and when the pressure in the LNG storage tank reaches the desired value, the pressurized liquid phase valve should be closed.

　　2. Attention:

　　(1) When LNG storage tanks are in operation, it is necessary to ensure that their liquid level upper limit is ≤ 90% and lower limit liquid level is ≥ 15%.

　　(2) When manually operating the self boosting system, it is strictly prohibited to leave the site.

　　(3) When the self boosting system is put into operation, the pressure reducing system should be in the closed state.

　　(4) During manual operation, it is strictly prohibited to leave the site.
