      chainBiomass chain boilerIt can be divided into two simultaneous processes: furnace process and pot process. The former includes the combustion process of fuel and the heat transfer process inside the furnace on the flue gas side outside the heating surface;

      The latter includes the heat transfer process between the heating surface metal and the working fluid, the heating, evaporation, and superheating process of the working fluid, the flow process of the working fluid, and the thermochemical process on the working fluid side. (such as steam quality, salt precipitation, scaling and corrosion on the heating surface).

      In furnace process: Coal is sent to the raw coal bin of the biomass chain boiler through the coal conveying device. The coal in the raw coal bin enters the coal hopper before falling onto the slowly moving chain grate, and enters the combustion chamber through the coal gate.

      The air required for fuel combustion is pressurized into the air preheater by the air supply fan, heated, and enters the segmented air supply bin below the grate. It then fully contacts and mixes with the coal above the grate, undergoing a strong combustion reaction. The high-temperature flue gas produced transfers heat to the water and steam water mixture laid in the water-cooled walls around the combustion chamber through radiation heat exchange.

      Subsequently, the high-temperature flue gas passes through the smoke window and brushes over the slag tube, horizontally and vertically flushing the steam superheater, and then flows into the convective flue. It horizontally flushes the biomass chain boiler bundle along the firewall, and transfers heat to the working fluids such as steam, water, and steam water mixtures inside the convective heating surface bundle through convective heat transfer;

      The flue gas with gradually decreasing temperature along the way enters the tail flue and horizontally flushes the economizer. Through convective heat exchange, some of the heat is transferred to the working medium (water) inside the tube. Then, the flue gas flows into the air preheating tube and transfers the heat to the flowing working medium (air) outside the tube through convective heat exchange. The heated air enters the furnace and enhances combustion inside the furnace.

      At this point, the flue gas temperature has decreased to the economic exhaust gas temperature. It leaves the biomass chain boiler body, passes through the dust collector for dust removal, and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan, flue, and chimney. In pot process: The feedwater treated by the water treatment system and meeting the water quality requirements of the biomass chain boiler is sent to the economizer through the pipeline by the feedwater pump. The water absorbs the heat of the flue gas in the tail flue and preheats before entering the upper drum.
