      Gas steam boilerIt refers to a steam boiler that uses gas combustion for heating. The horizontal steam boiler is a shell type fully wet back three pass smoke and fire tube structure. The flame burns under slight positive pressure in a large combustion chamber, fully extending, with low combustion heat load and high combustion heat efficiency, effectively reducing exhaust gas temperature, energy saving and consumption reduction, and more economical to use. It adopts a waveform furnace liner and threaded smoke tube structure, which not only improves the heat absorption strength of the boiler, but also meets the needs of heat exchange surface expansion due to heating. It is scientifically reasonable and durable.

      Boiler ignition

      1. Refer to operation and/or shift handover records.

      2. Inspect and patrol the interior and exterior of the boiler.

      3. Check the main safety accessories. Safety valves, water level gauges, and pressure gauges should be tight, reliable, and sensitive.

      4. Check the water treatment equipment.

      5. Check the water supply equipment and steam water system pipelines. Adjust each valve according to the start-up requirements.

      6. Check the fuel supply equipment. After the above inspection work is qualified, the boiler can be started.

      Start the boiler

      1. Observe the water level in the water level gauge. If there is an increase or decrease in the water level, check whether the opening and closing positions of the water supply valve and drain valve are correct or leaking.

      2. When the pressure rises to 1 kilogram force (cm2) gauge pressure, the water level gauge should be flushed. The sequence of flushing the water level gauge:

      ① Open the soda water tap and flush the soda water connecting pipe;

      ② Close the water tap and flush the steam connection pipe;

      ③ Open the water tap and flush the soda water connection pipe;

      ④ Close the steam valve and flush the water connection pipe;

      ⑤ Open the steam valve and flush the steam water connection pipe;

      ⑥ Close the soda water tap to restore the water level to normal.

      If the water level rises rapidly and fluctuates slightly, it indicates that the water level is normal; If the water level rises slowly, it indicates that the water level gauge is blocked and should be flushed and checked again.

      3. When the pressure rises to 2 kilograms of force (cm2) gauge pressure, flush the pressure gauge storage bend.

      4. When the pressure rises to 3 kilograms of force (cm2) gauge pressure, check for any leakage at the connections of the compressed parts and tighten the loose screws again. To prevent screws from breaking, excessive force should not be applied and the method of tightening screws by extending the handle is not allowed.

      5. When the pressure rises to 4 kilograms of force (cm2) gauge pressure, perform a blowdown to balance the temperature of various parts of the boiler water. Before discharging, the water level should be raised to the highest level. When discharging, pay attention to the surroundings of the discharge pipeline and observe the water level at all times. After discharging, close the discharge valve tightly and check for any water leakage.

      6. When the pressure rises to 2/3 of the working pressure, perform pipe warming (the purpose of pipe warming is to evenly and slowly heat steam pipes, valves, flanges, etc., and discharge condensed water inside the pipes to prevent water hammer and leakage inside the pipes. The pipe warming time is about half an hour):

      ① Open the drain valve on the pipeline to remove all condensed water.

      ② Slowly open the main steam valve half a turn, wait for the pipeline to fully preheat before fully opening it. If there is vibration or water hammer in the pipeline, the main steam valve should be immediately closed to strengthen drainage. After the vibration is eliminated, the main steam valve should be slowly opened to continue heating the pipeline.

      ③ Slowly open the steam inlet valve of the split cylinder to make the pipeline pressure equal to the steam pressure of the split cylinder, while paying attention to removing condensed water.

      ④ Until the dry steam is discharged, close all drain valves and fully open the main steam valve. After fully opening each steam valve, it should rotate half a turn to prevent the valve from getting stuck due to thermal expansion.

      7. When the steam pressure reaches the working pressure, it can be directly supplied with steam.

      During the normal operation of the boiler, the steam pressure, water level, oil level must be adjusted at any time, and the sewage must be discharged (the purpose of sewage discharge is: ① to remove the suspended foam on the surface of the boiler water, reduce the salt and alkali content of the boiler water, prevent steam and water from rising together, and ensure the steam quality; ② to discharge the sludge and dirt accumulated at the bottom of the drum and lower header).
